How It Works

CNC (Computer Numerically Controlled) routing is the cutting, shaping, drilling, milling and surfacing of materials using a computer-controlled router.
CNC routing creates a 2D or 3D object from a computer generated (CAD) file.

Creating from a computer file

We can work from your CAD file, or we can create a CAD file for you - from your drawings, sketches, photographs, scanned images or even just an idea.

Creating from an existing part

We can duplicate an object using a 3D digitizing probe. The digitizing probe creates a 3D file from an existing part. Once the file is created, it can be scaled up or down and fully manipulated using CAD.

"CNC Routing & Design is an economical and fast solution for my outsourcing needs. The work is done to spec and Tim’s CAD knowledge and creativity help refine my design to better meet my customers' requests."
